The color inverts based on the department.

The bottom circle and semi-circle pattern is from the org’s branding guidelines, and correlates to the number of members on each team

Streamlining Information

A crowded spreadsheet became a clear, easy-to-read IG post.

I shortened formatting for dates and times (always an en dash, never a hyphen) to fit without clutter.

My focus: Organizing information for easy navigation with a clear hierarchy—department, location, role, name, time—all while keeping space open.
